This is a fantastic outpatient opportunity to join a well-established Community Health Clinic north of Indianapolis! The group is seeking additional Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine physicians to join their team!

Practice Details

• Work in a small group team setting

• Outpatient only – no hospital call

• Flexible scheduling with 35 patient contact hours per week. 4-day workweek

• Excellent leadership support working with HHS waiver, J1/H1B Visa, and Immigration processing

• eClinicalWorks EMR

• $236K to $241K compensation + comprehensive benefit package

• $100K loan repayment

• The group has needs in South Bend, Spencer, Seymour, and Marion, IN
