Our passionate CareFriends are trained to provide loving, quality care while helping residents create, maintain, and enhance personal relationships. Our residents stay active, safe, and healthy through daily movement programs, physical therapy, and a healthy diet that blends comfort foods with nutrition. Specialized diets for those who require low-salt, low-sugar, or any other dietary need are available.

Make a difference every day. We’re looking for a compassionate, energetic Life Enrichment Coordinator to bring joy, engagement, and meaningful activities to our residents. In this role, you’ll create a positive environment through group programs, one-on-one interactions, and special events that enrich daily life.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and lead fun, purposeful activities for residents.
• Encourage and motivate residents to participate.
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities and outings.
• Set up and maintain activity spaces, supplies, and decorations.
• Help schedule performers, volunteers, and special events.
• Support the activity budget and purchase supplies as needed.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate personality with strong communication skills.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
