We are seeking energetic and outgoing Event Appointment Setters to be the face of our company at local home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota communities.

You'll work from professionally designed event displays, engage with homeowners, and help schedule free in-home consultations for our bathroom remodeling specialists. You'll play a key role in helping homeowners learn about our bath and shower remodeling solutions while representing a trusted local company.

Compensation

$20-$22 per hour + Uncapped Bonuses

• $25 bonus for every qualified in-home consultation that is completed
• $100 bonus for every appointment that results in a sale

What You'll Do

• Engage event attendees and start friendly conversations with homeowners
• Generate interest in our bath remodeling products and services
• Schedule free in-home consultations
• Collect accurate customer information and appointment details
• Promote special offers, giveaways, and event promotions
• Assist with setting up and tearing down event displays and materials
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and welcoming presence at every event
• Communicate effectively with the Event Coordinator and management team
• Help ensure displays and marketing materials remain organized and presentable

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand and interact with attendees throughout events
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation with sufficient cargo space for event materials
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Weekend availability required
• Willingness to work both indoor and outdoor events

Schedule

This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our event calendar expands.
