Receptionist / First Impressions AmbassadorBridge Specialty Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our Plano office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, carriers, and teammates while providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone they interact with.How You Will Contribute:Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Maintain office common areas, conference rooms, and reception spaces.Coordinate visitor access and office security procedures.Assist with meeting and event preparation, including catering and room setup.Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.Support leaders and teammates with administrative tasks, scheduling, and special projects.Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and records management.Coordinate service requests with building management and office vendors.Help facilitate onboarding activities for new teammates and support office-wide initiatives.Skills & Experience to Be Successful:High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.About Us:Bridge Specialty Group creates a seamless way to connect the varying needs of our retail partners with the market clout and talents of our wholesale entities.
