Estimated Pay Range: $94,000 - $110,000 annually

Job Summary

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on-time, in-budget projects by executing projects within the intended scope, timeframe, and funds; communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand/set expectations, establish timelines, and nurture relationships; managing resources by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate necessary resources; developing project plans, including outlining executing strategy, objectives, schedule, and cost; measure performance for presentation, and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners. This role will support our customer onsite in Burnsville, MN, for the project duration, and will transition to the Applied Engineering office in Brooklyn Park, MN, upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing new product development projects
• PMP Certification
• Ability to travel as needed (less than 10% expected)
• Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization
• Passion for managing teams and driving results
• Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
