The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, knowledge of gutter systems and related products, and excellent communication skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs for seamless gutter systems, accessories, and related products for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, clearly explaining the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Consult with customers to understand their project requirements and recommend customized gutter solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, installation techniques, and competitor offerings.
• Work closely with production, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotes, and follow-up communications.

 

Role Requirements:  

• Experience in sales, preferably in the gutter, building materials, roofing, siding, or construction industry.
• Knowledge of seamless gutter systems, accessories, and related construction products.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to assess project requirements and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

 

Physical Demands:

This role requires driving to customer locations, standing and walking at job sites, occasional climbing of ladders, and the ability to lift and carry light to moderate weight. The position also requires sitting for extended periods while completing administrative and computer-based tasks.
