The hospital's board of directors has a majority of physicians and the CEO is a clinician. Primary Care referral base of 35+ physicians and Advanced Practitioners. Three year guaranteed salary of above $700,000.  Paid on-call duties with less than 10 days of call.  Paid Indiana medical, DEA and CSR licenses and up to two (2) medical organization memberships.  Three hour drive to Chicago for professional sports and literally minutes to Indianapolis.  Hospital Employee, Traditional.  Paid malpractice coverage.  1:4 Call Ratio.  WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and $10,000 available.  403B.
