Health Educator (Hiring Immediately)
University Health
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible. Cooperatively plans, organizes, provides, and evaluates community education and health education activities. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Licensed Vocational Nurse Diploma is required. Must have good business etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills. Two years member service experience in a managed health care setting is preferred. Medicaid knowledge is preferred. Bilingual ability in English/Spanish is preferred. xmvmafu LICENSURE Must possess a current permit or license from the board of nurse examiners for the State of Texas to practice vocational nursing.
