Responsibilities The Project Manager role is responsible for the implementation of core products and services of new clients and managing the coordination of internal/external project initiatives. This position will lead, plan, and organize the implementation cycle with our channel partners, end users, and direct clients, ensuring the success of each project. The Project Manager will demonstrate advance knowledge of product functionality utilizing exceptional Project Management skills. Coordinating daily activities required to ensure projects are completed on time in a successful manner. Managing implementation projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on completion of project deliverables for client on-boarding. Maintaining repeatable on-boarding strategies. Creating project plans for all projects with decisive milestones, as well as timeline and responsibility assignment. Defining scope and requirements of an implementation project. Managing client satisfaction and expectations of products and services. Training client on products and outlining process workflow utilizing products and services.
