The role involves managing ventilator integration, airway management, and implementing respiratory protocols to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care using evidence-based practices and respiratory therapy protocols. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and supporting team development. Contribute to safety, quality improvement, and process enhancements within the clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC. State licensure if legally required. Certification in PALS & ACLS within one year, and NRP within six months of hire. Current BLS/CPR certification prior to employment.
