$125,000 - $200,000 Total annual compensation

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each client's needs are met with precision and care.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering their growth and development within our firm.
• Represent clients in high-conflict family law cases, providing strategic insights and confident advocacy.
• Collaborate with our team to develop innovative legal strategies that align with our C.H.A.N.G.E. values.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout their legal journey.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career with us.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, ensuring precision and care in every case.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance and empathetic support to clients in high-conflict situations, fostering trust and confidence.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing junior attorneys, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with colleagues in developing innovative legal strategies aligned with our firm's C.H.A.N.G.E. values.
• Expertise in conducting thorough legal research and preparing compelling arguments for effective client advocacy in court.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain open and clear dialogue with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their case progress.
