We are looking for a Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services for children and families across the DFW area. This role is a great fit for a PT who wants flexibility, meaningful pediatric work, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact without being tied to a traditional clinic schedule.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Support children and families in areas with active therapy needs.
Family-centered care in the home

Meaningful impact every visit
Help children improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gross motor skills, and functional independence.

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will:

Provide direct physical therapy services in the home setting
Support gross motor development, mobility, strength, coordination, balance, motor planning, and functional movement
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to help children achieve meaningful outcomes
Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices when appropriate and train families on proper use in daily routines
Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support carryover between visits
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, DPT or equivalent
Active Physical Therapy license in Texas
One year of experience preferred
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Home health experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families
A compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to care
Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered therapy
What We Offer
