Audit Resolution Specialist

To support operational excellence in mortgage quality, the full-time remote Audit Resolution Specialist will manage audit findings from identification through resolution, collaborating with various departments to address defects and enhance processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain ownership of the active exception pipeline, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings Conduct root-cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather necessary documentation and communicate resolutions effectively Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of professional work experience in mortgage operations Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage appeals and resolutions Proficient in using Encompass and familiar with mortgage loan documentation and compliance requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to research complex issues and identify root causes Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate tracking of outstanding items
