With a mission focused on measurable, lasting impact, the organization has a long history of driving positive outcomes for the communities it serves.Job Description:Our client is seeking a polished and resourceful Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the Office of the President. This role calls for someone who thrives in a fast paced, results oriented environment and can exercise sound judgment across a wide range of situations. The ideal candidate brings excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong administrative instincts, and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities. This person will manage projects independently from start to finish and remain composed under pressure while handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements for senior executivesScreen and route incoming calls, take messages, and follow up as neededProcess and distribute checks addressed to the Office of the PresidentPrepare and submit expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursementSupport executives by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, and gathering and analyzing informationReview records, forms, and reports for accuracy and completeness, correcting minor issues independently and escalating larger concerns as appropriateServe as a liaison for internal and external visitors and callers, directing inquiries professionallySafeguard confidential information and represent the organization professionally at all timesTrack office supply inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairsAttend meetings and take clear, concise minutes when neededCompile reports through research and analysisServe as backup support to the executive schedulerJuggle competing priorities and see projects through to completion, often under deadline pressureQualifications:Five to seven years of experience directly supporting C Suite or senior leadership, ideally within a nonprofit or association settingBackground in high level executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, correspondence drafting, call screening, and expense reportingExperience acting as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive communications and confidential information with professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and WordStrong personal organization system with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities seamlesslyHigh attention to detail and tech savvy mindsetBachelor's degree preferredAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
