ACCOUNTANT / BOOKKEEPER – FULL TIME

Location: Cortland, NY | Some Remote Work Available

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our busy Cortland office. This is a full-time position in a professional but casual work environment with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience required
  
  
• MUST have QuickBooks Online experience
  
  
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• General ledger entries and account reconciliation

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple businesses/entities

• Assist with payroll and payroll-related accounting

• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end accounting

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office

• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
