Our most successful Program Coordinators (PC) are strong in motivating others, overcoming challenges and solving complex problems. They accept accountability and responsibility for themselves and their team. They build positive, engaging relationships with and among their team members. The PC ensures high quality services are being provided and are reflective of CSN's mission, principles and goals. The PC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends and Holidays
