Maintenance Technician

Pinnacle Staffing is currently seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined General Maintenance Technician for a well-established company. We are looking for a hands-on individual who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality work, and can handle a wide variety of maintenance tasks.

Pay Rate : $16.50/hour

Responsibilities:
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Repair and patch drywall as needed.
• Prepare surfaces and complete interior/exterior painting projects.
• Perform basic maintenance on company vehicles, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and reporting maintenance concerns.
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs within skill level.
• Assist licensed plumbers and electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair general facility issues.
• Assemble, install, and repair equipment, fixtures, and other building components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other general handyman duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman work preferred.
• Experience with drywall repair and painting.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor, including climbing ladders and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
