Enforce store sales and operational policies, ensuring compliance with loss‑prevention protocols. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a high‑volume retail setting. Strong personal selling and customer relations skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Flexibility to accommodate a dynamic schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Physical ability to lift at least 40lbs and perform manual tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $17.00–$20.00 USD.
