Payroll Specialist

What You'll Be Responsible For Payroll Processing Process accurate bi-weekly payroll for employees Review, verify, and audit employee time records Prepare payroll adjustments, corrections, and reports Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation Assist with payroll reconciliations and audits Ensure compliance with payroll policies and applicable regulations Support payroll-related employee inquiries What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or closely related administrative work Required: QuickBooks experience Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Preferred Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks Payroll, Paycom, ADP, or similar payroll systems Working knowledge of payroll practices and wage-and-hour regulations Bilingual communication skills are a plus Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement program Paid time off Employee referral bonuses Ongoing training and professional development Advancement and career growth opportunities Why Join Quality Services Moving?
