Sales Representative - Naples/Fort Myers, FL - Sports Medicine

Stryker seeks a Sales Representative for its Sports Medicine division in the Naples/Fort Myers area. The role involves promoting sports medicine products, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and serving as a subject matter expert to healthcare providers in a field-based position.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stryker Sports Medicine products to healthcare providers and facilities
- Prepare and lead sales presentations and product demonstrations with cross-functional teams
- Train physicians on proper product usage and maintenance
- Manage territory analysis, inventory reporting, and price negotiation
- Serve as technical expert and troubleshoot product issues for customers
Requirements
- 2–5 years of outside sales experience; medical field experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of five years commercial or medical sales experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills across multiple channels
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales consistently
- Subject matter expertise and product knowledge to advise internal and external partners
Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus commission and/or bonuses
