Project Architect - Healthcare

In this role, you’ll be involved with healthcare projects from early planning and design through construction administration, serving as a trusted partner to clients and a steady leader for multidisciplinary project teams. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly and keep projects aligned with each client’s goals, schedule andbudget. You’ll also have a meaningful role in the continued growth of our Madison office. EssentialJobFunctions Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, delivering responsive, thoughtful service and building relationships that extend beyond a singleproject. Engage in healthcare projects from initial programming and conceptual design through construction documentation and constructionadministration. Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, consultants, contractors and client stakeholders to support clear communication and successful projectdelivery. Anticipate project and client needs, help identify challenges early and guide teams toward practical, creativesolutions. Maintain a high standard of design quality, technical accuracy and documentation throughout every phase of theproject. Collaborate with RDG’s healthcare leaders and teams across offices, drawing on firmwide expertise andresources. Support client presentations, interviews, proposals and other relationship‑buildingefforts. Mentor emerging professionals and contribute to the culture, capabilities and continued growth of the Madisonoffice. Commitment to mentoring colleagues and contributing to a positive, connected officeculture. Education&Experience Bachelor’s or graduate degree in architecture from an accreditedprogram.
