What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen, you'll play a key role in creating the dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Assisting in inventory management and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
• Contributing to a positive and energetic kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a culinary professional who is ready to bring their skills and passion to our team. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
• A current Food Service Safety Certification (required).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A proactive and professional approach to your work.
