This may be full or partial shifts/hours adding up to 48 hours per 13 week contract regardless of the length of shift scheduled. Cancellations by Subcontractor of a confirmed travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff assignment shall be permitted with 2 weeks' notice prior to the anticipated start date without monetary penalty to Subcontractor. Subcontractor may also cancel currently contracted travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff following assignment commencement with 2 weeks' notice without cause, without monetary penalty to Subcontractor, provided that travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff completes such 2 week period in its entirety. If travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff does not complete the entire contract by weeks worked or if cancellation by Subcontractor or travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff occurs within 2 weeks of start date, excluding hardship, HealthTrust shall credit Client Affiliate a $1000 cancellation fee.
