WALK-IN Interviews
Join our dynamic team for an exciting Armed and Unarmed Hiring Event! No DCJS (Department of Criminal Justice Services) license is required—we will provide comprehensive training to prepare you for success. This event offers a fantastic opportunity to kick-start or advance your career in security, law enforcement, or related fields. Whether you're interested in armed security roles or unarmed positions, this event is designed to connect motivated candidates with rewarding paid opportunities. Bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn—our team is eager to support your growth and development!
ALL UNLICENSED INDIVIDUALS: Please bring a debit or credit card to secure your spot for the training class. We offer both Armed and Unarmed.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured hiring event designed to evaluate and select qualified candidates for security roles
- Engage with hiring managers and recruiters to discuss job responsibilities, expectations, and career pathways
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the interview and assessment process
- Complete necessary onboarding paperwork and initial training sessions provided during the event
- Develop foundational skills in security procedures, conflict management, surveillance, and loss prevention techniques
- Learn about security protocols including CCTV monitoring, access control, emergency response procedures, and conflict resolution
- Prepare for potential future roles that may involve armed or unarmed security duties, with ongoing training provided
Qualifications
- Strong interest in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during the event
- Willingness to learn new skills such as surveillance techniques, conflict management, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), first aid, and CCTV operations
- Prior experience in security, loss prevention, or emergency response is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with confidence and composure
