What You’ll Enjoy at DOCS Dental Competitive daily compensation or percentage of production Flexible scheduling: 1–2 Saturdays per month; initially with opportunity to increase Malpractice insurance coverage Clinical support: fully staffed team to assist with patient care and clinical flow Your Role As a Part‑Time Pediatric Dentist Provide dental treatments to patients, including routine cleanings, extractions, dental fillings, cavity and tooth decay treatments, teeth whitening, bonding, and applications of dental crowns, caps, and veneers. Maintain strong diagnostic skills and be well‑versed in all phases of general dentistry with emphasis on oral surgery, simple restorative, and palliative care. Utilize best practices, evidence‑based dentistry, and ADA standards of care to guide your clinical practice. Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outline goals for both medical and dental health considerations. Practice and follow infection control and OSHA regulations. Follow all rules and regulations set by the state, federal, and governmental entities. Build strong relationships with patients to create connections and influence patient retention. Execute company standards, processes, and procedures to ensure quality of service and a consistent patient experience. Completed pediatric residency and board certification or eligibility, or 2 years of experience working in pediatrics. Active, unrestricted state dental license. CPR/BLS certification. DEA license (if performing sedation or prescribing medication). Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and obtain Real ID for base access.
