Director of Nursing

Full time-Direct Hire

Reporting to the Administrator, the Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operations of the unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in compliance with all state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing nursing staff.

Compensation And Benefits

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Four (4) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually for full-time employees

Required Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and long-term care operations.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Director of Nursing role or other nursing leadership position.
Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and staff development skills.
Strong analytical, auditing, and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
