Outside of the office, I enjoy volunteering in the community, playing guitar, skateboarding, and relaxing at the beach. We also share a big love for animals—our home is filled with rescued pets, and when you visit the office, you'll meet our fish collection as well as Legend and Epic, our spunky standard poodles with their signature mohawks. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals. In this position, you will engage with prospective customers, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions across our range of products, including auto, home, and life insurance. Your strong communication skills and passion for customer service will drive your success in building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals.Responsibilities:Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.Qualifications:Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Experience in sales or customer service preferred.Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearOur team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
