Equipment OperatorKavaliro is seeking an Equipment Operator to support a client onsite in Georgia.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of relevant machine operation experience (or equivalent)Self-motivated with strong work ethicAbility to adapt to frequent changesBasic knowledge of computers, Windows, and Microsoft OfficeMechanical aptitude (knowledge of equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, etc.)Good math skills including the ability to perform simple calculations when provided the necessary inputsKnowledge of extrusion a plusPhysical Requirements Include:Stand and walk 90% of shiftReach, bend, squat, and climb stairs frequently during a shiftPerform moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) several times per shiftUse small hand tools and the ability to learn to drive mobile powered equipment such as forklift, pallet mule, and scissor liftWork Environment Can Include:Frequent exposure to high noise levels requiring hearing protectionFrequent exposure to hot equipment surfaces (up to 600F)Occasional exposure to temperature extremes below 32F and above 90FOccasional exposure to equipment that may interfere with pacemakersRare exposure to conditions requiring respirator PPEKavaliro provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
