Location: Neenah, WI
Hours: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Starting Pay: $22.69/hour

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator , you'll be responsible for:

• Operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize medical equipment.
• Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care.
• Performing inventory checks and keeping the warehouse organized.
• Working closely with the logistics team to improve shipping processes.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Forklift operation experience (preferred but not required-we'll train you!)
• Familiarity with order picking and packing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for up to 8 hours
• Basic tech skills with tablets, scanners, and monitors
• A positive, team-player attitude and strong communication skills

    • Regulatory and policy compliance procedures

You'll also be introduced to general workplace policies, emergency protocols, and ongoing training updates to stay current on equipment and safety procedures.
