Our client, a leading organization in the retail and e-commerce industry, is seeking a Data Scientist Level 2 to join their team. As a Data Scientist Level 2, you will be part of the Relevancy Team supporting Personalization & Loyalty Strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement deep learning models for large-scale recommender systems to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build search and recommendation algorithms that deliver personalized content.
• Analyze data using SQL, Python, and Spark to generate actionable insights and optimize recommendation strategies.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP to deploy and manage machine learning models efficiently.
• Design experiments and perform exploratory data analysis to inform product development and personalization efforts.

What's Needed?

• At least 2+ years of experience building deep learning models for large-scale recommender systems.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Spark for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
