The Project Execution Manager will assist in coordinating project activities, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budgetCoordinate project meetings, agendas, and documentation (e.g., status reports, action logs)Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies and escalate issues as neededMaintain project schedules and updates using project management toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasksMonitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholdersAssist in managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational standardsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practicesAssist with identification of project opportunities and development of business cases for new project ideasQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or project coordination experience acceptable)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Preferred:Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)CAPM certification or progress toward certificationKey CompetenciesAttention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving and critical thinkingAbility to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsProactive and self-motivatedAbout McKesson Medical-Surgical McKesson Medical-Surgical (MMS) is a subsidiary and publicly reported segment of the McKesson Corporation.
