Retail Sales Representative

Overview Full time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate Hire. Earn a first sale bonus, paid training, and ongoing commission. Work within a local Walmart store to promote NRG electricity and gas to consumers. Responsibilities Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas. Help customers lower their energy costs. Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections. Build professional relationships with customers and team members. Welcome customers and politely offer solutions. Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation. Accurately document and report sales. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months prior experience in sales, retail, telecom or marketing. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask in a fast paced team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits Base salary plus uncapped commission. First sale bonus.
