Job Opportunity Position: Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist Shift: Days - 8 Hour Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday) Location: City, State Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This position involves working in a Cath Lab environment, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the guidance of physicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care while adhering to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Perform interventional and diagnostic radiologic procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Utilize various imaging equipment and technologies effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.
- Participate in departmental quality assurance programs.
- Provide support during patient recovery and post-procedure care.
- Current licensure and certification by the California Department of Health Services (CRT).
- Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Preferably registered by the ARRT in interventional angiography and/or cardiac intervention.
- RCIS certification is optional.
