What We Offer: Competitive industry pay - $22.33 to $32.02 per hour Period Production Bonus - $700 max per month $2,000 Sign-On Bonus 401k with 5% company match Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurances Reimbursement Accounts Annual tool allowance Annual uniform credit Paid vacation, holiday, and sick time Employee and Family Assistance Program Wellness Programs Employee Discount Programs Tuition Reimbursement Dependent Scholarship Programs In-house professional certifications and training courses Responsibilities Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment Machine troubleshooting, repair, assembly, preventative maintenance Reading blueprints, sketches proficiently to fabricate equipment and make modifications Repair or replace chains; belt conveyors; gear boxes/drive chains; hydraulics & pneumatics; welding/cutting and using power tools Qualifications Education Required: Trade Certification or associate's degree (Including Military Occupation Courses or Apprenticeships) Years of Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in maintenance in an industrial environment The successful applicants will have experience working with stationary equipment used in some type of production process Have the ability to work in a team environment that is committed to working safe, while focusing on improving production and maintaining quality Previous sawmill experience and welding certification is an asset Strong interpersonal skills are required Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting is required Ability to work a rotating shift #J-18808-Ljbffr J.D.
