The form setter / builder is responsible for building and setting forms. Locations Mesquite, TX, USA McKinney, TX, USA Plano, TX, USA Responsibilities Build forms and plan specifications Set forms on line and grade Understand proper safe use of power tools Know and understand finishing tools such as bull float (mop), straight edge, screed, and hand floats Concrete placement and able to finish within the plan specifications Able to follow instructions Assist with concrete placement Assist with concrete finishing Traffic control Follow safety policies and procedures Work hours adjusted to meet the project’s needs; days, nights and weekends Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1+ years of experience in construction Strong commitment to jobsite safety Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no sponsorship available for visas Benefits & Compensation Medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and a matching 401K plan. 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP).
