This position is eligible for up to a $10000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24000 Student Loan Assistance

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

• Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
• Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems and conditions using critical thinking skills to determine need for standard urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implements and/or modifies plan of care using assessment data standards of care and evidence based practice inclusive of nursing care coordination appropriate patient and family education and discharge planning. Facilitates interdisciplinary partnership in patient care.
• Integrates ethical provisions in nursing practice and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy dignity and rights.
• Administers medications IV therapy and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluates progress towards attainment of desired patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma Of Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of nursing upon hire and
• Registered Nurse: KY upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 Days and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 - months and
• Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 - months and

Preferred

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire
