Basic Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and experience in CCA and Circuit test and troubleshooting 3 years or more of experience with Power, RF CCAs and troubleshooting CCAs, test fixtures to interface products to test platforms Ability to review Power, RF, and Analog test documents, including schematics, part lists, drawings and test requirements, to determine a method for testing a given device; then develop the detailed test procedure and troubleshoot CCAs during Production Test Job Description

The Work Provide test engineering support to production program integrated product team (IPT’s). Define test process plans identifying the sequence of required test steps. Define required tools, instruments, fixtures, software, hardware, interfaces and test chambers required to execute the test process plan. Develop tests and generate detailed test procedures, including narrative, diagrams and photographs. Generate detailed troubleshooting guides to aid in the troubleshooting and analysis of test failures. Use available test information and data from past test programs to develop Test Engineering cost estimates on proposals. Analyze test defect data and trends to define and implement corrective actions. Support the change management activities of the production program IPT. Provide day‑to‑day test engineering support to the work cell by resolving technician questions, investigating and solving test and product performance problems, and improving test procedures, tooling, fixturing, hardware, software, etc. to optimize the test process. Who You Are Possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, and can read technical drawings accurately to ensure efficient assembly processes.
