Competitive pay: $19.50 - $22/hr - Highly competitive. We offer pay above the industry standards in San Joaquin county because we expect the best from our caregivers!

Referral Bonuses

Requirements:

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willing to register before hire
• Negative TB test within the last 2 years
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• 12 years caregiving experience (home care, senior living, hospital, or CNA/MA/LVN)
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and strong communication skills
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid drivers license & insured vehicle

What Youll Do

• Provide personalized care and companionship for clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
• Offer medication reminders and light housekeeping support
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community outings
• Communicate regularly with families and the care management team
• Assist with toileting and incontinence issues
