What We're Looking For
3+ years of collision repair management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of estimating, production flow & insurance relations
Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused
Valid driver's license required; bachelor's degree preferred
What You'll Do:
Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts & support staff
Own P&L, KPIs, cycle time & productivity
Hire, coach & retain top talent
Build strong insurance and customer relationships
Uphold quality, safety & compliance standards
