Responsibilities This individual will be responsible for: Utilizing all training resources to learn and maintain proficiency in company products, services, operating procedures and specific computer applications. Listening and asking probing questions to properly assess customer needs. Providing the best product and/or service solution to solve customer problems. Communicating information effectively to other team members. Processing customer orders, quotes and other requests promptly and providing follow-up within the timeframe requested by the customer. Working with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following: Prior Management Experience - Preferred Excellent critical and analytical thinking to make informed decisions Strong interpersonal skills Effective written and oral communication Ability to set clear goals and objectives for teams Ability to motivate and inspire teammates to achieve high performance metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint The selected candidate must have a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a drug test (includes THC) and pass a background check.
