Overview Embedded Software Engineer Responsibilities and qualifications described below. Contribute to embedded Linux user-space software; kernel exposure is a strong plus. Coordinate networking functionality and protocol integration (TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, routing, VLAN, QoS). Work with protocol implementations and services (DHCP, DNS, MQTT, TR-069, SIP). Utilize version control and project tracking tools (Git, Jira). Engage with router/middleware platforms: OpenWRT, RDK, Opensync. Apply knowledge of broadband technologies: DSL, GPON, XGS-PON. Qualifications Embedded C/C++ development experience. Embedded Linux user-space development; kernel exposure is a strong plus. Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, routing, VLAN, QoS). Proficiency with network protocols (DHCP, DNS, MQTT, TR-069, SIP). Experience with GIT and Jira or similar tools. Experience with router/middleware platforms: OpenWRT, RDK, Opensync.
