About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for its Global Order to Cash function. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the end-to-end global order-to-cash engine, leading a global team at the forefront of revenue and operational transformation. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in order-to-cash, revenue operations, or finance operations within complex, global organizations, particularly those with a focus on subscription-based or recurring-revenue business models. The Senior Director will own the full order-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring revenue realization is accurate, compliant, and scalable, while also enhancing the customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing globally distributed teams, partnering with accounting for compliance, and driving automation and process standardization across various platforms. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in relevant functions, with a deep understanding of revenue recognition principles, particularly ASC 606. The role requires a change management leader with a history of driving transformation initiatives, the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, and a strong systems orientation. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader, capable of defining and improving key performance metrics, and will have a pragmatic, resilient, and adaptable leadership style. Executive presence and the ability to engage with senior leadership are essential, as is experience in leading global teams and balancing operational excellence with strategic initiatives. The role is pivotal in the organization, and the candidate should be prepared to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, characterized by complexity and ambiguity.
