Caregivers & Home Health Aides (HHAs)
Compensation: $21.00 – $22.00 / hour (Premium local rate)
Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Day, Night, and Weekend shifts available.
Perks: Premium holiday pay, paid orientation, mileage reimbursement between clients, and a $250 referral bonus when you bring a friend!
Why This Role Matters: You are a companion, a helper, and a lifesaver. You will be matched with local seniors and individuals who need a little extra help to stay safe, happy, and independent in their own homes.
What You’ll Do:
Daily Living Support: Assist clients with everyday tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping (laundry, dishes), and running essential errands.
Personal Care with Dignity: Provide compassionate assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
Companionship: Be a bright spot in their day! Engage in conversations, play games, read, and keep your clients socially active.
Health Monitoring: Remind clients to take their medications and keep simple daily logs of their well-being to share with their families.
What We’re Looking For:
A deeply empathetic, patient, and reliable personality. You take pride in showing up on time.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance (required to travel to client homes).
Previous caregiving experience (family care counts!) or a CNA/HHA certification is highly preferred, but we will train individuals with the right heart.
Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
