Licensed Clinical Psychologist Supervisor

Oversee clinic performance and operations alongside the Clinic Director Assist with staffing, providing clinical resources, and handling administrative oversight for the team Provide weekly individual supervision and group supervision for master's level clinicians Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation Troubleshoot issues within Valant and billing Support clinic staff development Partner with CD to support administrative changes as needed Coordinate with CD to support the hiring process Coordinate office supply orders with Clinic Director Assist CD with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians Maintain agreed upon clinical client caseload Serve as back-up for CD when they are out of the office Additional duties as assigned Requirements Master's Degree or higher education in mental health discipline Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (e.g., Psy.D, Ph.D, etc.) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice Experience with Supervising Pre-Licensed Clinicians Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in overseeing clinic operations, providing clinical supervision, and supporting staff development within a mental health setting.
