Agile Delivery Lead
Position Summary:
Optomi, in partnership with a leading technology firm, is looking for a Tech Core - Agile Scrum Master with 5-8 years of experience. The Agile Delivery Leader is an Agile subject matter expert responsible for leading value-driven delivery on one or more Scrum/Kanban teams while ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met. This role involves fostering an environment where engineering teams can deliver high-quality, valuable software. As a thought and organizational leader, the Agile Delivery Leader is trusted to work in a self-directed manner, yet in collaboration with peers.

- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for 5+ years for a software development team applying Scrum principles

- Highly communicative across different levels of the organization

- Driving business value through best-in-class team execution
- Adjusting ceremonies to match the need/style/maturity of the squad
- Leading collaborative dynamic planning processes and prioritizing work against team capacity
