Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license from IDFPR
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience in a school setting serving PreK-8th grade is preferred
• ISBE number required for submission

Responsibilities:

• Serve the EC-8th grade caseload (approx. 70 students, split between two SLPs)
• Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation for students with diverse speech-language needs
• Maintain compliance with all district, union, and state guidelines
• Engage in collaborative team meetings and parent conferences
• Deliver direct therapy and progress monitoring onsite (virtual positions not available)
