Shift Lead Supervisor – HTeaO Position Summary The Shift Lead Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining product quality, and supporting team members. This role acts as the manager‑on‑duty when leadership is not present and helps drive efficiency, cleanliness, and a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly Ensure all beverages and products meet HTeaO quality standards Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and register balancing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including front and back areas Train and coach new and existing employees on procedures and expectations Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Enforce company policies, safety standards, and health regulations Support management with scheduling, reporting, and daily operations Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Dependable, responsible, and team‑oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Basic math and cash‑handling skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a busy retail/food service environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Positive and team‑focused work environment Employee discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr HTeaO
