Baylor University's School Of MusicBaylor University's School of Music is seeking a Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, and brand strategies that advance institutional goals. This role ensures all messaging aligns with strategic priorities, strengthens brand reputation, supports recruitment, and engages key audiences across multiple platforms.A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. A Master's degree and five years of relevant experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of one another. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.What You Will DoLead the design, development, and management of the School's marketing materials, including recital, concert and other print programs, season brochures, posters, lobby and digital signage, and related print and digital materials, managing the full production cycle of a high-volume performance calendarPlan, implement, and manage integrated marketing and communications initiatives that support student recruitment, enrollment goals, audience engagement, and School of Music visibilityCollaborate with the dean, department chairs, division directors, faculty, and staff to identify marketing opportunities and ensure promotional efforts align with School of Music goals and prioritiesManage the development and distribution of content across multiple platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, digital advertising, print publications, press releases and video projectsSupervise and support marketing staff, student workers, interns, and external vendors, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet established quality standardsMaintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and campus partners to support communication efforts and ensure alignment with institutional prioritiesPerform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's missionAbility to comply with university policiesMaintain regular and punctual attendanceWhat You Can ExpectAs part of the Baylor family, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous time off, tuition remission, and outstanding automatic retirement contributions.
