Position: Assembler
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd shift - Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Saturdays as needed
Location: Byron Center, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Assembler to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Inspect parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards
Assemble products according to work orders and print specifications
Package finished products and prepare for shipment
Operate overhead crane to move products safely
Conduct final inspections of completed assemblies

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to understand instructions from drawings, blueprints, or written details
Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team or independently
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for entire shifts

Skills

Packaging and inspection proficiency
Overhead crane operation (training provided)
Blueprint reading and measurements to 32nd of an inch
Use of hand tools and safety PPE compliance
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
