PHYSICIAN - Plastic Surgeon - Fargo, ND

Job Summary Essentia Health seeks a highly skilled, patient‑centered Plastic Surgeon to join our established Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practice in Fargo, North Dakota. This full‑time (1.0 FTE) position offers a robust referral base, a broad scope of practice—including cosmetic and medical surgery—and collaboration with general surgery, nursing, and multidisciplinary care teams. Key Responsibilities Provide clinic, procedure, and surgical services in a single integrated facility. Collaborate with wound care, hyperbaric, and breast cancer programs to expand treatment options and participate in multidisciplinary breast reconstruction care. Maintain an average clinic volume of 8–16 patients per day with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM (36 patient contact hours per week). Engage in outreach to outlying Essentia clinic(s) and hospital(s) as needed. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery. Compensation & Benefits Starting compensation: $620,000 per year, with potential bonuses, quality incentives, and production‑based compensation.
